PARKING: Visitors should park in the Ruth Powell Elementary School parking lot.
ENTRANCE: Enter the field through the open gate on the south side of the parking lot.
LAUNCH LOCATION: Balloons will be setting up and launching on the grass field to the east of (behind) the bus barn and south of the TTC (Technology & Training Center).
GLOW LOCATIONS: Friday night glow will be in the Home Depot Parking Lot. Saturday Night Super Glow Show New Year's Eve Party will be at the Safford Middle School football field.
CREWING: If you are interested in being on a balloon chase crew, sign up at Crew Sign Up Page .
Visitors are encouraged to come onto the field where the balloons launch. Please do not step on the balloons.
NO SMOKING on the field or anywhere on campus.
NO ANIMALS will be allowed on field.
NO DRONES allowed within 1000 feet of field or balloons in the air.
