Thank you for your interest in becoming a sponsor for the 2023-2024 Gila Valley New Year's Balloon Extravaganza being held December 29, 2023 through January 1, 2024. Without sponsors, bringing these beautiful balloons to the Gila Valley would not be possible!
We offer three levels of sponsorships: Gold, Silver, and Bronze.
All three sponsor levels will receive balloon flights during the event (weather permitting) and MEDIA promotions throughout the year leading up to the event including SOCIAL MEDIA promotions, WEBSITE advertising, and PRINT advertising.
Gold and Silver sponsors will also receive an adverting banner on the balloon basket for the flights and glows. Advertising will begin as soon as you purchase your sponsorship and remain in place throughout the year.
Gold--$2,000: - 4 passengers on balloon flight during the event (weather permitting) ($1,200 value).
- Bad-Weather Guarantee--2 passengers will be guaranteed for a later date if weather prevents flying during the event.
- Media promotions throughout the year including social media, website, and print.
- An advertising banner on a balloon basket for THREE days and both glows.
- Sponsor gift.
- 2 Tickets to Meet-The-Pilot dinner.
Silver--$1000: - 2 passengers on balloon flight during the event (weather permitting--no guarantee) ($600 value).
- Media promotions throughout the year including social media, website, and print.
- An advertising banner on a balloon basket ONE day and one glow.
- 2 Tickets to Meet-The-Pilot dinner.
Bronze--$750:
- 1 passenger on balloon flight during the event (weather permitting--no guarantee) ($300 value).
- Advertising including social media, website, and print.
Other:
- You simply want to make a donation to the event.
