*** Extravaganza Sponsor Application Thank you for your interest in becoming a sponsor for the Gila Valley New Year's Balloon Extravaganza held December 31, 2026 through January 3, 2027. Sponsorships include hot air balloon flights over the Gila Valley during the event and media promotions for your business. Additional items are included depending on the level of sponsorship. As a 501(c)(3), Gila Valley Balloons can accept TAX DEDUCTIBLE DONATIONS in lieu of sponsorships (donors may be invited to participate as VIP's).
Gold--$2,000
• Tax Deduction of $2,000 OR 4 PASSENGER flights during the event.
• Bad Weather Guarantee–alternative flight date offered if weather prevents flying during the event.
• Advertising banners on balloon basket and displayed on fence at event.
• Sponsor appreciation gift.
• 2 Tickets for Meet-The-Pilot dinner.
Copper--$1,500 • Tax Deduction of $1,500 OR 3 PASSENGER flights during the event.

• 2 Tickets for Meet-The-Pilot dinner. Silver--$1,000 • Tax Deduction of $1,000 OR 2 PASSENGER balloon flights during the event.
